The 2015 CR-V has upgraded its engine for an increase in both torque and fuel efficiency. The Honda Earth Dreams Technology^™ DOHC i-VTEC^® system enhances the effect of VTEC^® on the vehicle's 4-cylinder engine with Variable Timing Control^™, or VTC^™, and max horsepower and peak torque are now reached at lower rpms. Direct-injection leads to better combustion and a more efficient use of fuel.

G-Design Shift

The G-Design Shift works together with the new continuously variable transmission [CVT] to distribute more power to the wheels. The result is less revving and a more responsive and fun SUV driving experience.
